Buddha Jumps over the Wall

My Aunt Linda striked lottery, so she treated us a luxurious meal.

We drove all the way down to Tanjung Malim to this Zheng Yeong Restaurant. This shop sells all kinds of expensive food like sea cucumber, lobster, abalone and etc etc.


Guess what we have for our lunch! First dish, Lobster Noodles!



Second dish, Fatt Tiu Cheong [佛跳墙], loosely translated as "Buddha Jumps over the Wall".


There're so many things inside the pot I don't know where to start. This is only parts of the ingredients [pic below].

My Bowl

Actually there's a third dish but I was too excited till I forgot to take a picture of it. It's actually a Fried Tofu Salad, with sour and spicy sauce. Crunchy skin with soft tofu... I'm not a tofu-lover but this is really yummilicious! *slurps*
